The Ardent Artist Books has formed a relationship with CCNow as their small business online retailer.  CCNow is an online retailers' partner of choice for credit card processing.  We partnered with CCNow to accept and validate credit card purchases via their secure servers.  When you receive your credit card statement, CCNow will be listed as the retailer, as CCNow is our authorized online sales agent. 

More than 50,000 Web merchants use CCNow's services to offer their customers the option of purchasing merchandise online over a secure server.  CCNow has also received the Better Business Bureau's seal of approval.  And, because CCNow is located in Delaware, you do not pay any sales tax.

What is a Secure Transaction?

A secure server encrypts (encodes) your order and credit card information from your computer to the order-taking server.  No one except CCNow is able to decode this information.

How to Order Online

Using the CCNow Shopping Cart

Click "ADD TO CART" for each item you wish to add to your shopping cart (don't worry if you make a mistake, you can always edit your order by removing the items before you submit)

Please note that online orders cannot be split into separate shipments to different addresses.  Please submit a separate order for each shipping address.

Fill in your information, be sure to select the correct shipping charges, then submit your order to CCNow, it's that simple!  You will receive an email confirmation from CCNow with your order number and can track your order through the link provided in the email.

The Ardent Artist Books generally ships orders for Author, Trisha Fuentes within one (1) business day of receipt.  However, they don't always receive orders immediately after they are submitted as credit card approval is dependent upon how fast your issuing bank processes your payment.  Some banks are right on top of it, others can take as long as three (3) days.

The Ardent Artist Books ships all books via USPS Medial Mail with a Confirmation Delivery number.  If you should not receive your order within the time specified, please contact the Author with your mailing concern

Pre-Orders of Broken Obsession:  If you are pre-ordering Broken Obsession-Part Two, your book will NOT be shipped within the 3-4 business days as stated above.  Broken Obsession has NOT yet been released through any major markets.  However, once it has been released, your copy will arrive to the mailing address you had provided when payment was processed

REFUND POLICY:  All books process through this website are fully refundable!  All books being returned must be in good shape with no visible writing, tears, rips or jagged edges -- Trish needs to resell these please!  All refunds must be handled through a Returns Process Form.  If you are unhappy with your shipment, please email the Author for a Returns Process Form.
